United Kingdom
We offer FREE tracked shipping on all Punch Needle Kits over £25 within the United Kingdom.
For orders that aren’t eligible for free shipping, postage is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your parcel.
We aim to send most orders using a tracked service where possible, particularly for higher-value parcels.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or EVRI and in most cases are delivered within 2–3 working days. However, we advise allowing 3–5 working days in case of courier delays.

United States
All orders to the United States are sent tracked via Royal Mail.
Due to recent tariff changes, we now ship using delivery methods where import duties and tariffs are prepaid by us wherever applicable. This means your order should arrive without additional customs charges on delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on parcel size and weight.
Delivery times will vary, but in most cases orders arrive within 5–10 working days from dispatch.

Europe
We are currently not shipping to EU destinations.
We hope to resume shipping to Europe in the future, but due to regulatory and packaging compliance changes following Brexit — including the introduction of GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) requirements — EU shipping is temporarily paused.

International Shipping (Rest of World)
We ship to selected international destinations including Australia, Canada, and New Zealand — amongst others.
Most international orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail. Shipping charges will vary country to country but we always aim to keep them as fair as possible.
Delivery times will also vary, but in most cases orders arrive within 7–15 working days from dispatch.
Please note that we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges that may be applied by your country on arrival.

Combined Orders
If you purchase multiple items, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
If the combined parcel weight results in lower postage than initially charged, we will refund any excess shipping costs once your order has been packed.
