What if my purchase doesn't arrive?
It is very unlikely that your order will not arrive safely, but if your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact me at emma.littleclothrabbit@gmail.com and I will investigate this for you.
Proof of postage is retained for most dispatched orders.
Returns Policy
I’m sure you’ll be very happy with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you’re not, please get in touch straight away at emma.littleclothrabbit@gmail.com so I can help.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items can only be returned if they were purchased directly from this website.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
As all physical products are handmade, slight variations may occur. These natural differences do not constitute a fault.
Return Postage
If you change your mind about a purchase, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the item once it has been returned in its original, unused condition.
Original postage costs are only refundable if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Where orders containing multiple items are partially returned, original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at emma.littleclothrabbit@gmail.com and include photographs of:
- The item
- The packaging
This will help me resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
Replacement items will be sent once the original item has been returned (where required).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items
Due to the nature of digital products, PDF patterns and downloadable content are non-refundable once purchased.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, I will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund on their side.
