COVID UPATE: We are currently shipping as normal. 
We do not anticipate any changes to this unless Royal Mail / Hermes were to stop (which would be all over the news!). Any order over £15 will be sent with tracking.
 
Free Shipping within the United Kingdom:
We offer a free shipping service on many of our products within the United Kingdom and any order over £15 will be sent with tracking. We'll always do our best to dispatch your item quickly, which is normally 1-3 business days depending on the order. Orders are sent out via Hermes or Royal Mail and on average, orders are delivered within 2-3 days, however we do say this is a 3-5 day service just in case there are any delays with the courier companies.

EU:

Most orders outside the United Kingdom will be sent tracked via Royal Mail, charges will vary country to country, but we will keep them as low as we can! Delivery times will also vary but in most cases deliveries will be within 7-10 working days of your order being placed. Please note that we're not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

Most orders outside the United Kingdom will be sent tracked via Royal Mail, charges will vary country to country, but we will keep them as low as we can! Delivery times will also vary but in most cases deliveries will be within 10-15 working days of your order being placed. Please note that we're not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

What if my purchase doesn't arrive?

It is unlikely that your product will not arrive safely with you, but if that does happen, please email us here. We retain proof of postage for most items we ship.

Returns Policy
I'm sure you'll be very happy with your purchases but in the unlikely event that you're not then please get in touch straight away.
Items can only be returned if they were purchased from this website.
Please note, postage can only be refunded if you have received an incorrect item. If you change your mind about the product then you will have to pay for the return postage and you will receive a full refund of your original purchase + original postage cost if the item is returned in brand new condition.
If you notice that your order is damaged, please contact us straight away here and include a photograph of the damaged packaging.
